One of our projects involved advising a standalone regional church and charitable provider on whether they should continue as is or look to merge.
We checked in with the CEO just prior to Christmas and he provided the following update:
- Occupancy YTD 98.69%
- Respite 112.83% of the allocation
- ACFI funding $181.35 pbd
- Profit 107.21% of the budget
