Megan has worked in Sydney, regional NSW and Brisbane for both small organisations and large listed companies.

During Megan’s career, she has gone from working within aged care facilities,  managing individual Retirement Communities, Serviced Apartments and Strata Retirement Communities to holding the position of Operations Manager of a portfolio of seven Retirement Villages.

As a Project Manager and former Operations Manager, she is experienced in financial management, strategy development and operationalising strategic projects.

Megan is experienced in Project Management of various aged care services and operational projects.
